Responsibility
- Develop detailed facade drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Review and interpret architectural plans to create precise facade designs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in facade design.
- Work closely with the project team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Facade Drafter or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Bali's architectural landscape is a plus.
