Responsibility
- Lead and manage HVAC engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project goals and expectations.
- Conduct technical assessments and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to provide effective solutions.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the HVAC or mechanical engineering sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Certification in HVAC or project management (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
