Responsibility
- Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for construction projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and local regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate feasibility, risks, and resource requirements for new projects.
- Supervise construction activities, including material procurement, labor allocation, and equipment utilization, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and compliance certifications.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and implement corrective actions to address delays or deviations from plans.
- Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship to maintain high standards of structural integrity and safety.
- Utilize CAD software, BIM tools, and other engineering applications to optimize designs and improve project efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site personnel to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, construction management, or infrastructure development.
- Proven expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction methodologies for residential, commercial, or public works projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar design software, as well as project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform fieldwork, including site visits, inspections, and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
