Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor IETS (Industrial Environmental Technology Solutions) to ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations.
- Lead waste reduction, energy conservation, and pollution control initiatives to enhance sustainability in plant operations.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and QA teams to integrate eco-friendly practices without compromising efficiency.
- Oversee water and air quality management systems, ensuring adherence to ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
- Train and educate staff on environmental best practices, safety protocols, and IETS innovations.
- Prepare and submit environmental compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize resource utilization and operational costs through sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental management, IETS, or sustainable manufacturing, preferably in the glove, rubber, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and local environmental laws (e.g., Indonesian regulations).
- Proven track record in implementing environmental compliance programs and waste management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in environmental monitoring tools, data analysis software, and MS Office.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with strong communication and teamwork skills.
