Responsibility

- Lead the design and implementation of machining processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining challenges.
- Oversee tooling selection, setup, and maintenance to maximize performance and longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, with a focus on precision machining.
- Proficiency in CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
