Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of building facilities to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of maintenance materials and equipment while optimizing costs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
- Liaise with tenants and property managers to address maintenance requests, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation for regulatory and internal purposes.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment for occupants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute building upgrades, renovations, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software, CAD tools, or BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia (a plus).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
