As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement robust quality systems, analyze process deviations, and champion continuous improvement. Your expertise will directly impact product reliability, compliance with industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.), and the overall efficiency of our production lines.

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to address quality deviations.
- Conduct regular audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize processes and reduce defects.
- Monitor key quality KPIs (e.g., PPM, DPMO, First Pass Yield) and drive data-driven improvements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality best practices, tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA), and lean methodologies.
- Review and approve inspection plans, control plans, and work instructions for new and existing products.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring quality gates are met at each phase of development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE, CMQ/OE) are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within manufacturing (electronics, automotive, or similar industries preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC-A-610) and problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, etc.).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPC, MSA, DOE) and quality software (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM).
- Strong audit experience (internal/external) and familiarity with customer-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
