Responsibility
- Monitor and track the progress of automotive refurbishment and production projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate documentation of job orders, timelines, and resource allocation for reporting and analysis.
- Identify bottlenecks in production processes and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations in all operational activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on job status, productivity metrics, and performance indicators to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and components used in refurbishment and production.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in job controlling, production planning, or operations management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or production management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
