Responsibility
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders and management.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the stability and durability of construction projects.
- Oversee material testing and quality control to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or delays, proposing cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability best practices in all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
