Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant or production management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of quality control systems and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
