Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial or MNC environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in maintenance operations.
