Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and site evaluations to inform project decisions.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial analyses, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to drive collaboration and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is a significant advantage.
