Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, progress, and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor electrical installations (if applicable) to ensure they meet design requirements and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on site progress, challenges, and solutions to the project management team.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities for permits, inspections, and compliance with regional regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to on-site workers to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably with an electrical background.
- Strong knowledge of construction specifications, safety standards, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Experience with electrical installations, wiring, and systems is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
