Responsibility
- Coordinate daily service operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service processes and improve workflows.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including performance metrics and service logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Support the implementation of new service initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular audits of service equipment and facilities to maintain optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in service operations, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
