Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-centric service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Drive sales growth through strategic promotions, upselling, and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining service quality, resolving complaints, and building brand loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement cost-control measures.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store goals with company objectives and report on KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects Balkan Shawarma’s brand identity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor role in retail, F&B, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of leading teams, achieving sales targets, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Passion for food, service excellence, and brand representation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
