Responsibility
- Lead and manage all after-sales service activities for busbar trunking systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement service protocols, maintenance schedules, and quality control measures.
- Train and mentor service technicians to enhance their technical and operational skills.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all service operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in electrical or mechanical systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of busbar trunking systems, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards in electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali as needed.
