In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and servicing of fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, coordinate service schedules, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their safety needs are met.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the safety and security of communities across Bali.

Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of fire protection and fire fighting systems.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service plans.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with clients to address their service needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of fire protection systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and client communications.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their technical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection systems, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
