Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic operations initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance and efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
- Lead business excellence programs, including Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to operations teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
