Responsibility
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients, distributors, and internal teams across Southeast Asia.
- Assess customer needs and recommend optimal crushing, screening, and washing solutions tailored to their operational requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for customers and sales teams on product features, applications, and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to gather field feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Conduct site visits to analyze equipment performance, diagnose issues, and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations for potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to maintain Terex’s market leadership.
- Support the sales team in negotiations, tenders, and contract finalization with technical insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the heavy machinery, mining, or construction equipment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of crushing, screening, and washing equipment and their applications in various industries.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regionally (Southeast Asia) as required (up to 50% of the time).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software, product lifecycle management (PLM), or ERP systems is a plus.
