Responsibility
- Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications using ETABS, SAP2000, or similar software.
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure structural feasibility and compliance with local codes.
- Conduct site inspections to assess structural conditions and provide recommendations.
- Review and approve construction plans, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to resolve structural issues.
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory approvals and client presentations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, or similar structural engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with project management and meeting tight deadlines is a plus.
