Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the maintenance of all club facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of club assets.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
