Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of specialized tools and equipment to improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze tool performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and safety.
- Support the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of existing tools and machinery.
- Document technical specifications, procedures, and test results for internal reference.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for tool-related issues and propose corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks in production workflows.
- Assist in the procurement and evaluation of new tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with tool design, materials science, or precision engineering is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a hands-on industrial setting.
