Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations (for service staff).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, cafĂŠ, or hospitality setting (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (for kitchen roles).
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage (for service roles).
