Responsibility
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to uphold health regulations.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to support kitchen operations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
