Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets, cost control, and waste reduction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Participate in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team-building initiatives.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, or restaurant operations is a plus.
