Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control and staff coordination.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in placing orders to maintain adequate supplies.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary excellence.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency.
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, Cook, or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
