Responsibility
- Prepare and assist in food preparation according to standardized recipes and special orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Support the F&B team in setting up, serving, and clearing dining areas efficiently.
- Follow all hygiene and sanitation protocols to uphold the highest standards of food safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in kitchen or F&B operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Good communication skills in English (basic Indonesian is a plus).
- Passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
