Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, including dietary preferences and special requests.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of the kitchen team (for Kitchen Crew).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces in compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with integrity and accuracy.
- Restock supplies, set up tables, and assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards for service, presentation, and guest interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; culinary/hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 10-15 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (for non-locals).
