Responsibility
- Oversee daily F&B retail operations across multiple locations in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize cost control without compromising quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-centric service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and local regulations.
- Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational enhancements.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions, menu innovations, and customer engagement initiatives that align with business goals.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in hospitality, retail, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume F&B operations, preferably in Bali or other tourist-heavy destinations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Indonesian, Mandarin, or Japanese are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of F&B cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with extensive experience.
