Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of the kitchen team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both the kitchen and dining areas.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Restock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
