Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients across Bali.
- Install, commission, and test new equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on system operation and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all service activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in water treatment technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service engineering, preferably in water or wastewater treatment.
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, filters, control systems, and treatment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system monitoring and analysis.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for service assignments.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Certification in water treatment technologies or related fields is a plus.
