Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of weighing equipment for various industrial clients.
- Conduct precise calibration procedures to ensure equipment compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in mechanical and electronic weighing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding proper equipment operation and routine maintenance.
- Prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation after each site visit.
- Manage your daily schedule to ensure timely completion of service appointments across the Kuala Lumpur region.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to report recurring technical issues and suggest product improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking to resolve equipment malfunctions in high-pressure environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Klang Valley.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
