Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering operations, ensuring smooth functionality of all systems.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to maintain operational continuity.
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and new installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and budget expenditures.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies in all engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering supervision, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for diagnostics and maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety and building codes.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
