Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Document all service activities, including reports, logs, and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical service, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for mechanical systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali as required.
