Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day management of mechanical systems, facilities, and maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance frameworks, SOPs, and KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions.
- Manage facility-related budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and resource allocation for maintenance projects.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, environmental standards, and university policies.
- Lead or support emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents, including system failures or safety hazards.
- Document and report on facility performance, maintenance activities, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Masterās degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFM, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, mechanical systems maintenance, or a similar role (Senior Associate: 5+ years).
- Proven expertise in managing HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems, and other mechanical infrastructure in commercial or institutional settings.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance frameworks (e.g., CMMS), KPI tracking, and compliance with OSHA, ISO, or local regulations.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, BMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
