Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on process performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in process engineering.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in process engineering is a plus.
