Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage structural BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve multidisciplinary clashes and optimize project workflows.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular model reviews and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
- Generate and update BIM documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients and consultants, to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and trends to enhance project efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, preferably in structural engineering or construction projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and clash detection processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and project management principles.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
