Responsibility
- Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential leads within the healthcare sector, focusing on hospitals, clinics, and medical distributors.
- Technical Sales Leadership: Deliver persuasive product demonstrations, technical presentations, and tailored solutions to address client pain points.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales and product strategies.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective negotiation, contract closure, and upselling opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, R&D, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with product development and service delivery.
- Technical Training: Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external partners on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical sales, preferably within the medical devices, healthcare technology, or life sciences industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare systems, medical device regulations, and the competitive landscape in Southeast Asia.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia or Asia-Pacific.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
