Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Provide expert technical support to internal teams and clients, resolving complex engineering challenges with data-driven solutions.
- Design and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate product performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, UL, CE).
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA teams to optimize product designs for cost, efficiency, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug acoustic and lighting system failures, implementing corrective actions to enhance product robustness.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while adhering to budget and quality constraints.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Document technical specifications, test reports, and user manuals to support regulatory compliance and client onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product engineering, preferably within the acoustic, lighting, or AV systems industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (COMSOL, ANSYS) for product design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of acoustic principles, lighting control systems, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
- Experience with prototyping, PCB design, and firmware development for embedded systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving technical issues under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IEC, RoHS) and certification processes for global markets.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
