Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians in the maintenance and repair of production machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in a timely manner to minimize operational downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuitry, and control systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in electrical safety and maintenance is a plus.
