We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Project Manager to spearhead the planning, design, and execution of high-impact capital expenditure (CapEx) projects that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles—from feasibility studies and budgeting to procurement, construction, and commissioning—ensuring all initiatives align with corporate strategic goals, regulatory standards, and best-in-class engineering practices. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities that enhance efficiency, safety, and scalability across our production network.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of multi-million-dollar CapEx projects, including facility expansions, automation upgrades, and greenfield manufacturing plants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Procurement, and QA) to define project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to justify project investments.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to ensure high-quality materials and services.
- Monitor project progress using PMBOK or Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities to secure permits, comply with Indonesian regulatory requirements, and mitigate environmental/legal risks.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and sustainable engineering solutions to optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, milestones, and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, FMCG, or food processing industries.
- Proven track record of managing CapEx projects valued at $1M+ from inception to completion.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety/quality standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
