Responsibility
- Operate, maintain, and optimize SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and inspection systems.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of PCB assemblies to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SMT processes, equipment, and materials.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to review and refine PCB layouts for manufacturability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and quality control measures.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on SMT best practices and safety protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in SMT and electronics manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and PCB Assembly.
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting SMT equipment and software.
- Strong understanding of PCB design, soldering techniques, and quality control standards (e.g., IPC-A-610).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
