Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of M&E coordinators, BIM Modellers, and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
- Oversee the design, planning, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for large-scale construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and clients to integrate M&E requirements into project designs using BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Develop and review M&E drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure compliance with local codes (e.g., PLN, PUPR) and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC).
- Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor installation progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and vendor negotiations for M&E materials and equipment, optimizing cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance in all M&E operations, adhering to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 frameworks.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and post-occupancy evaluations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., P.Eng, CEng, LEED AP) are a plus.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in M&E management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for high-rise, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proven expertise in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and M&E design tools (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, ETAP).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations (e.g., SNI, PU standards) and international codes (e.g., NEC, ASHRAE).
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling (Primavera, MS Project), risk assessment, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with multinational teams and clients in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit sponsorship provided for qualified candidates).
