Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve on-site issues.
- Monitor construction progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines in Bali, Indonesia.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality control, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the design team to review blueprints, suggest improvements, and ensure constructability.
- Promote a culture of safety on-site by enforcing best practices and conducting regular safety briefings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
