Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct time-motion studies and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to implement process improvements and standardize best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, and defect rates, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, or materials to enhance production capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or precision components.
- Proficient in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or Six Sigma methodologies).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical process control (SPC), Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), PMP, or ISO 9001 are highly desirable.
