Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for diverse engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee project execution from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct technical reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.
- Prepare and present detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure project alignment with their goals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering, sustainability practices, and industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design, project management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Proven experience in managing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
