Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, reports, and compliance records.
- Support daily engineering operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist in the design and testing of engineering solutions under supervision.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, recommending optimizations where necessary.
- Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- 1-2 years of experience in an engineering or technical support role (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
