Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the maintenance, repair, and calibration of semiconductor test equipment (e.g., handlers, probers, ATE systems).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and industry-specific standards for equipment performance and safety.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize test processes and improve yield.
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment upgrades or replacements.
- Train and mentor team members on new technologies, maintenance protocols, and best practices.
- Generate and analyze maintenance reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in test equipment maintenance within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a maintenance team (supervisory role preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), handlers, probers, and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control), calibration standards, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Bali with occasional travel to other sites as needed.
