Join Stanli Trijaya Mandiri as a Facility Maintenance Technician and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our non-production facilities across Bali. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with a passion for maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility management. You will be responsible for executing and scheduling maintenance and repair tasks to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all non-production facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide quick resolutions to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify facility needs and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in facility management or a related technical field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
