Responsibility
- Assist in the optimization of electroplating processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement quality control measures.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electroplating equipment and processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and test results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Support the training and development of junior staff and technicians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, particularly electroplating techniques.
- Familiarity with process optimization and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
